Castle Rock Brewery

Castle Rock is a brewery based in Nottingham. We have a wide-eyed love of independent brewing and pubs, both old and new. This informs much of what they are and what we do. Simply put, they have just loved being amongst it since 1977. Their approach to brewing is meticulously considered and their very existence is underpinned by a desire to progress, learn and evolve, as well as keep & develop the stuff we think works! The majority of their beers are fermented with a unique strain of Hardy & Hanson's yeast, a diverse yeast that gives Castle Rock beers a distinct flavour profile.
