Browar Stary Rynek

Stary Rynek is a restaurant brewery located in the very center of Białystok. Its heart is a modern brewhouse with a break of 10 hectoliters and 15 fermentation and lagering tanks, also with a capacity of 10 hl. The philosophy of their brewery is to combine tradition with modernity. Browar Stary Rynek interpret historical styles of beer, often with centuries-old tradition, in a new way, using special malts, both traditional and new-wave hop varieties, as well as special yeast. In the Old Market Square, Browar Stary Rynek create unique beers with a unique taste. The Old Market Square is not a typical restaurant brewery, because their offer, apart from solid beers, brewed all year round, also includes original seasonal beers that allow Podlasie beer lovers to present the rich world of beer and its flavors
