The brewing tradition in Jelenia Góra dates back to the Middle Ages and continued uninterruptedly until the beginning of the 20th century. Until 1945, there were still three breweries in Hirschberg, but after the war the inhabitants were able to enjoy drinks from breweries in other locations. And this is why... After a break of almost 100 years, a group of enthusiasts and connoisseurs of the golden beverage, seeing a void in the local market, decided to return to tradition and recreate Pils and Lager from Jelenia Góra. And so began the history of our regional Hirschberger Brewery, which today has as many as 8 beers in its range and, still developing, we are launching further variations of the amber beverage on the market. We hope that the unfiltered beverage will appeal to the tastes of gourmets and will be a good start to the creation of a restobrewery in Jelenia Góra.
