We are an independent family brewery from the heart of Greater Poland. All of our beers are produced using the unique fermentation process in bottles and barrels, which guarantees the preservation of the taste properties of the beer at the highest level for a period of one year. All without a pasteurization or filtration process to sterilize the beer. The brewery is the result of our five years of work in the beer market and our training in the best Belgian and Dutch breweries. The brewery is completely modern, but we brew beers in it according to traditional production methods, including the referencing mentioned above. The contact between traditional production methods and innovative devices is a reaction to the growing beer market in Poland and the world. In 2017 our first seasonal beer appeared on the market, then Pale Ale and Stout Owsiany wheat beers were brewed. In our portfolio we also have a special range of acidic beers, which of course are acidified using the Kessel-Sauer method. Beers are delivered to customers directly from the brewery. Due to the fact that we are a small family company, we are characterized by great flexibility and are open to suggestions for cooperation. We are happy to hear from them.
