Description
After a break of 128 years, beer is being brewed again in picturesque Pfäffikon. At the foot of the Pfaffberg in the vaulted cellar of the GerAtrium nursing home, a beer is produced according to old traditions. Only with selected raw materials and strictly according to the regulations of the German Purity Law of 1516. The high-quality Pfaffberg beer is produced in small quantities and with loving handwork according to old traditional brewing methods.
