Description
When the Bavarian Purity Law came into force in 1516, the brew kettle in Neunhof was already steaming. The year is 1498, when the brewery, owned by the Wiethaler family since 1963, was founded. Today, tradition and modernity go hand in hand to brew the well-known good beers in artisanal brewing processes and old-fashioned recipes. Hops and malt grow within a radius of 10 km around the brewery and the spring water from the Neunhofer springs gives Wiethaler beers their unmistakable character.
