Description
The Strauß brewery in Wettelsheim, a district of Treuchtlingen in the Middle Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen, goes back to an auction by the government in Ansbach in 1797. At this auction, the brewing and brandy concession was auctioned for the locality Wettelsheim.
