As a native, proud Cannstatter and love for our town, it was clear from the start that this beer should be a tribute to our Cannstatt. ​ As a small producer of beer, we would like to enrich the beer market with fine, handcrafted and newly interpreted old and new types of beer and create alternatives. In short: We want to bring you closer to a different variety of possibilities that water, malt, hops and yeast offer us. We want to be remembered with an unmistakable taste, good craftsmanship and special beers, which guarantees the closeness and craftsmanship of our product. Our beers are not preserved, which means they are not filtered or pasteurized. On the one hand, this leads to a shorter shelf life, but on the other hand, it retains a special taste and freshness, which is what makes our beer so special. To produce our beer, we use two production sites. On the one hand, Markus Schmitt, craftsman and beer sommelier, brews small special brews in our micro-brewery cellar and develops new recipes and creations there. On the other hand, for slightly larger quantities, as a brown nomad, he can rent a room at the foot of the Pragsattel, in the Rossknecht brewery, in order to brew and bottle our beer for you there.
