Masterful brewing and traditional Franconian cuisine - in the heart of Franconia, in the tranquil village of Stiebarlimbach in the Aischgrund, you will find the Roppelt brewery with an inn and a large beer cellar. The beers are brewed using state-of-the-art technology. As has been the case since time immemorial, only hops, malt, yeast and water are used for the beer in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Brewmaster Franz Roppelt swears by only the highest quality natural products. After a long period of storage and maturation, the beers are served fresh on tap in the pub and at the beer cellar. They are also available as bottled beer in swing-top bottles from the brewery and at the beer cellar.
