Description
Since 2011, the historic ice factory on the Au has housed our microbrewery, in which our master brewers have taken on the task of exploiting and celebrating brewing art with all its diversity. Since 2013, the brewery's office and sales rooms have been located in the "Villa" above the ice-skating rink, which used to be the home of the Paulaner master brewer, due to its proximity to the brewery. Today there are also held events of microbrewery.
