Description
Brewing tradition in the seventh generation In the autumn of 1757, the first Hainfelder beer was served. In 1808 Karolus Johannes Riedmüller, son of a "Chyrurg in Weyer", bought the brewery together with the associated saw, mill and agriculture. Karl Riedmüller, son of Karolus Riedmüller, then took over the brewery in Hainfeld, his brother Josef the brewery in Waidhofen an der Ybbs. His son then bought the brewery in Wieselburg. At the turn of the century, Hainfelder beer was brought to the Viennese city with oxen and more precisely the Vienna traffic taxation. Even then an artificial cooling system was installed. The energy comes from its own small power station on Ramsauerbach. After the destruction in 1945, the brewery stood still until 1951. Only then could Mr. Riedmüller again offer his Hainfelder beer. The family Riedmüller has the factory, which was totally destroyed in 1945, rebuilt modern and completely renewed the technical equipment. Karl Riedmüller is responsible for operations in the seventh generation.
