Behind the Greifenklau Brewery is a long-established family business.
Since August 2007, the fourth generation of the Brockard family has been at the brewing kettle. Like his ancestors, the fourth brewmaster in a row (the VI in the family history) is Sigmund Brockard.
Even today, an extensive rock cellar extends over three floors under the beer garden.
