Description
The brewery was founded in 1820 by Johann Knör, who took over a property of the long-established Bürgerfamilie Pettenkofer, as a wheat beer brewery and has since been in family ownership. Even today, the house name "Reicherden" after the former owner Reichard Pettenkofer in the vernacular. 1826 is the founding year of the private brewery Winkler, as this year began with the production of bottom-fermented beer. In 1985, the production of top-fermented beer was resumed. Since April 2006 our assortment has been extended by the nature park Altmühltal Radler. Thus, we offer our light lager, Premiumpils, Alt-Berchinger-Dunkel, Märzenbier, wheat beer light, light and dark and in March and May Bockbiere and the nature park Altmühltal Radler.
