Schwarzer Adler is a traditional family business, as there are not many today.
First mentioned in 1811 as an inn with an attached brewery, it is still rooted in its tradition. With the change of the time by 2 centuries, naturally also the requirement of the guests changed. Thanks to a permanent care of good, old tradition and a fine pinch of modernity, we have managed to build up a real jewel in the last 20 years.
