Description

The history of the Pfister brewery dates back to 1848, when Johann Georg Pfister founded the local brewery. "Since 1995, we have belonged to the Bioland association and brew our beers according to organic guidelines. This means that we use barley (malt), wheat and hops exclusively from organic farming and from our Franconian homeland."
