Description
The Frastanz brewery was founded in 1902 as a cooperative. In 2016 the cooperative opened to the public - since then, anyone can become a real co-owner of this brewery located in Frastanz (Vorarlberg). It is brewed in the listed brewhouse with water from the three sisters region and the best possible ingredients from the Lake Constance region. Meanwhile 9 types are brewed completely in organic quality. All varieties are fermented openly in the fermentation cellar and, after a sufficient ripening time, bottled in the cellar cold and thus without thermal treatment.
