In 2017, Nicole and Volker Först, the fourth generation, took over the brewery and pub, whose history dates back to 1525. In the brewery, four year-round beer specialties and two seasonal special beers (Lucia-Maria-Bock, Ludwig-Samuel-Bock) are produced according to old brewing traditions. The beers, which are aged for a long time in stainless steel tanks, remain unfiltered - for the sake of the valuable ingredients and the taste. Recipes refined over generations, the use of high-quality regional raw materials and water from the Drügendorf spring give Först beer its high quality and distinctiveness.
