For more than ten years, the mobile brewery has been touring Switzerland and Southern Germany, providing a good atmosphere and a cool, fresh beer at trade fairs, events, corporate events and promotional events. The beer is freshly tapped directly from the brewery. The brewery Fahrtwind GmbH has been active in Winterthur since 2010. The Fahrtwind beers are brewed at the mobile brewery in the heart of Winterthur-Wülflingen. 3 hl are brewed per brew. By expanding the business, three successive sudes can now be produced. As a result, 10 hl are fermented together, stored and matured. The annual production is currently about 300 hl. The Fahrtwind Beers are made with great care and with great attention to detail in the brewery. The abandonment of today's common cellar treatment methods such as pasteurization, thermal / chemical stabilization or the acceleration of the fermentation processes make the Fahrtwind beers unique and unmistakable. From the classic, the Huusbier bright, over the dark Huusbier, the honey beer, which is now traded as an insider tip, the Whiskey beer - for the "advanced", round seasonal specialties from the range.
