The Schwarzer Adler brewery, from which our heraldic animal is still preserved, has developed into the Eichhorn brewery over time. Our family is committed to the craft brewing tradition, and we use state-of-the-art brewing technology to calmly produce mature beers in accordance with the Bavarian purity law of 1516. And nothing will change in the future. To ensure this quality, the brewery undergoes constant quality control by an independent institute.
