CONSTRUCTION OF THE FIRST BREWERY 2000 Demolition of the café annex and reconstruction. Installation of breweries and equipment of brewery rooms. FIRST BRASS 2002 In January 2002 the first commercial must was exposed to the yeast's insatiable appetite. So the 3 Schteng la Brice and la Joup were born. Annual production: 30 hectoliters. INCREASED PRODUCTION IN 2007 Production in the existing premises of Center 16 reached its maximum: in 2007, 700 hectoliters were produced. 2008 BRASSERIE relocation The brewery is relocated 500 m from the café to its current location on the family farm of Benoit. The coffee is taken over by his nephew. It becomes the Grain d'Orge pub. NEUE BAUERN 2012 Purchase of fermenters to double the brewery's production capacity and switch to a production of 1650 hectoliters per year. NEW LOCAL AND NEW DRAWING ROOM 2015 Construction of additional premises and installation of new, more efficient shelf units (3000 bottles / hour). PURCHASE OF A NEW BREWING ROOM 2017 The brewing room is being remodeled and offers space for more efficient appliances. With this latest acquisition, we will be able to produce 5,400 hectoliters per year in 2019.
