At the beginning, boxwood bushes grew spontaneously between evergreen and broad-leaved woods. Subsequently, first the Etruscans and then the Romans transformed the area of the Veio park into an agricultural settlement. In those same places, where nature, history and culture blend together, they produce their craft beer which takes its name from those bushes. In the bossum you will find the millenary purity of a territory where biodiversity is protected and valued and which makes their beer unique. In January 2020, the first Bossum independent brewery was inaugurated, within the Veio Natural Park. This exciting adventure in the brewing world grows under the banner of the members' passion for good craft beers, both for the quality of the product and for the positive effects on the territory that the craft activities are able to transmit. Craft beer is an unpasteurized living product that preserves, despite its mutability, all the aromas and taste of the raw materials involved in the process, giving the taster a range of unparalleled aromas and flavors from pasteurized industrial beers
