Hobby brewer from Stäfa on Lake Zurich, with great and growing joy in brewing. We are bitter game - why bitter game? Every, yes every beer is bitter. One more, the other less, hardly noticeable. That's why we call ourselves that, after what we do. We play with the four ingredients (water, cereals, hops, yeast), whereby our friend of hops is responsible for the respective bitterness, but of course also for other, fine aromas in the beers. Well, fancy a game? We make a small but fine contribution to the Swiss beer culture. Our delicious craft beers are the result of the interplay of the four ingredients water, grains, hops and yeast. More comes with us not in the tub, why? Alone with these ingredients you can create millions of beer variations - the creative urge is sufficient scope. Bitter play brews top-fermented, ie the beers are fermented at temperatures between 17 and 24 degrees Celsius and it produces tasteful and characterful ales (pale ale, stout, wheat, IPA etc.); far from any TV beer uniformity. Why brew beers that have been mass-produced by major brewery companies around the world and shipped through the world through long distribution channels? We find each community has earned its own brewery - locally, creatively and simply delicious!
