Birrificio del Ducato

European Beer Star, I became aware of the Italian brewery Birrificio del Ducato, which received several awards there. Birrificio del Ducato was founded in 2007 by the food technologist Giovanni Campari and is located near Parma in the small town of Le Roncole, which is known as the birthplace of Giuseppe Verdi. With an impressive portfolio of over 20 very different beers, Campari quickly made a name for itself at home and abroad and is now considered one of the leading figures in the Italian Craftbeer movement.
