In 1850, master brewer Christian Hosig arrived in Poschiavo from Splügen and set to work to introduce the "poschiavini" to the merits of the fermented beverage typical of the north. The Zala brothers succeeded him, giving continuity to the 'Birraria' until 1929. Today, we produce genuine beer with the same passion and the same local and organic ingredients as in the past.
