Paying attention to the quality of food and beverages has always been a matter of the heart for me. Some time ago I came into contact with craft beers (craft beers). This taste experience, the beer specialties made with dedication, far from mass standard products, has fascinated me sustainably. Since 2013 I am a certified beer sommelier, have several years led the Hesse section within the Association of Certified Beer Sommeliers, built a beer specialties trade and successfully conducted numerous beer tastings. BIERKATHE stands for professional consulting, knowledge transfer, as well as events for private/corporate customers and the gastronomy. A central component is to be able to attain founded knowledge over beer in relaxed atmosphere as well as to become acquainted with and learn to love the aroma and taste variety of this special benefit means. By awakening enthusiasm for the cultural beverage beer in other people, I would like to contribute to the preservation and promotion of beer culture & beer diversity.
