Description
Here in beautiful Oberallgäu at the foot of Grünten is probably the most unusual brewing place for German beer. A former cable car station converted into a small brewery serves as a workshop for our master brewer Berni. In small quantities of 500 l per brew, beers full of character are developed and brewed in Germany's highest private brewery strictly according to the Bavarian purity law of 1516 and the old craft tradition. Only raw materials from regional cultivation areas are used, such as the malts originally from Bavarian cultivation areas, the hops from the Hallertau or Tettnanger area and what is very important: the water. Mountain water that comes straight from the mountain to the brewery. Fresh from the spring. Mountain fresh.
