Description
Beer brewing according to old tradition The Augustiner brewery in Salzburg Mülln was founded in 1621 by Augustinian monks. To this day the beer is brewed according to old recipe and mostly by hand. This gives the Augustiner beer a very special, distinctive character. It is also a long and popular tradition to serve beer straight from a wooden barrel in stone pitchers. The annual output is over 12,000 hectoliters.
