Bierwerk Züri - Hop Schwiiz

Our heavily hopped lager puts the soul of the beer, the hops, centre stage. For each brew, we only use one exciting hop variety - and lots of them! - to bring out the unique character and special flavours of each variety. The long, cold fermentation and maturation, as with all our bottom-fermented beers, ensures a pure and lean body that provides the perfect stage for the hop flavour.
