Beer description
Many people think that history is a very boring thing, full of dates and ridiculous names. Guys, you're wrong! It is true that it is full of dates and surnames, but what legends, what events - breathtaking! Well, for example, at the end of XVII century lived in Tuscany Duke Cosimo III Medici, who in fact was not famous for anything but his greed and his boredom. But our duke had a weakness - he had a great respect for sweets. He ate it up like a pig. And when he once again came to Siena, the local cooks made him a dessert called "Duke's Soup" or Zuppa del Duca. The Duke was delighted, bought the recipe, passed it on to the court cooks, who briefly sold it to Florentine merchants, who... in short, today we know this dessert as "Tiramisu". And paying tribute to this dessert's fascinating past, we've made our own version of the Duke's Soup, where the biscuit notes of savoiardi, the bitterness of chocolate, the invigorating coffee and the creamy tones of mascarpone are intertwined with the classic stout. In short, his lordship would be delighted!
