Beer description
The Imperial Red Ale owes its color to different specialty malts. Matching the color, the beer was packed for 6 months in a freshly emptied red wine barrel. (Barrel Aged!) During this time it has received a lot of aroma from the oak barrel and the red wine. Since this is not enough complexity, a large portion of Mosaic® hops was finally added
