Zmajska Bunny Sour

The base style is the iconic sour beer, Berliner Weisse, but Bunny Sour is still much sweeter and less sour, and lime puree and carrot and apple juice from OPG Katica Mihalic have been added to the beer. The acidity of the lime is neutralized by a medium-sweet body that beautifully accentuates the pleasant aroma of carrots. A light sour beer (pH 3.4) that is highly drinkable!
