Beer description

The spring (2017) malt special Zlatý Bažant Svetlý Bock is made from 100% Pilsner-type barley malt from the Hurbanovo malting plant. The beer has a golden to dark golden colour and a distinct malty to bready aroma. The malty taste of the beer is balanced by a pleasant hoppy bitterness, which is revealed mainly after finishing the beer. It is pleasantly enjoyed as a speciality beer when the brewer has a taste for a full and robust malt body and a higher alcohol content.
