Christmas bottom-fermented half-dark special. When brewing, we used honey from a beekeeper from Kutná Hora, who gave us the idea for this beer. He gave us some recipes for honey beer from the 18th century, and so the first and unique batch of wonderfully drinkable beer was born. A slightly honey-like taste with a hint of biscuit with a pleasant bite. Plzeňský and Honey malt used.
