We fermented the Black IPA with lager yeast (which is why we call the style a Cold IPA), but at a slightly higher temperature than a classic lager and - as with 3D IPA - hopped in three stages: after the boil, at final fermentation and cold. You will taste a crisp, bitter-dry, dark IPA with a clear profile.
