Ybyrá Iandé is a blend of dark beers that have been in the barrel for a year and a half with younger beers (6 months), combined with more than 7 months of refermentation in the bottle, which brought a constellation of flavors. Iandé has nuances that are present in each sip, at each temperature. A balanced complexity.
