Beer description
In our second year, we launched our Ybyrá series, of beers aged and refermented in wooden barrels. In this version, our blond base was refermented with our microflora in French oak barrels and was refermented with the addition of blackberries harvested on the farm.
After being awaited since December 2019, it arrives to toast the 5 years of ZalaZ
