Beer description
Airumã, Estrela D'Alva, the brightest point at night,
just like the flowers of the pitayas at dusk.
In this 2020 vintage, we blended a Belgian base with
5 months of refermentation in barrels with our microflora,
with white pitayas.
Bottled in January 2020, it comes to life in the glasses.
