Beer description
In June 2015, we celebrated the beginning of the ZalaZ project, on land that we have been cultivating for over 100 years. We created 5 beers to commemorate our journey. The first was a Wheat Wine, which enchanted us on a trip and brought us into this magical universe. In this 5-year version, we added more hops and an infusion of cedar chips from the farm, in addition to the slow refermentation in the bottle since March/20. A toast to 5 years and to those to come.
