Ybyrá Caá (mato = bush, green in Tupi) is a blend of the same Belgian base, refermented with our local microflora in wooden barrels for different periods. Bottled in August/19 and naturally refermented in the bottle. Notes of wild fermentation, funky, brett, very present acidity, high carbonation and refreshing
