ZalaZ - Sugarcane honey

A Belgian Dark Strong Ale with a family essence. Sugarcane has been present in our lands for over a century. We have used it to make rapadura, cachaça, animal feed and have enjoyed it since childhood. Now we have decided to use molasses from our neighbors to add fruity notes to this beer. A toast to all the uses of sugarcane!
