ZalaZ - Spontaneus #7 - Oud from Mantiqueira

Inspired by Oud Bruins, we created Oud da Mantiqueira. A beer with a complex malt content, fermented in wooden barrels with our local microflora and then refermented in the bottle. This is Spontaneus 7, a series that portrays the characteristics of the farm with barrel fermentation, without temperature control and the wild yeasts of our surroundings.
