A year with many challenges and uncertainties, but which allows for new perspectives and transformation.
This is how we created this blend from the Spontaneus series, fermented in wooden barrels with our local microflora.
Produced between October 2019 and May 2020 and refermented since December 2020, it is here to toast to life, a new cycle with more hope.
