ZalaZ - Spontaneus #3 - Pita

The pitaya harvest yielded many fruits. We made wine, vinegar, jam and, of course, beer from them! In this beer from the Spontaneus line, with primary fermentation in wooden barrels with our microflora, we added white pitayas for re-fermentation.
