Beer description
Spontaneus reflects the farm's terroir, its microorganisms, fauna and flora. In this blend with beers produced between September and November 2021, with primary fermentation in wooden barrels and local microflora, we added guavas harvested around the farm. It is a joy to be able to create and taste what we have around us.
