In 1915, we put down roots in this land. After exactly 100 years, Zalaz was born, now completing its first seven-year term. We selected this beer to represent a little of this first cycle. From our Spontaneous line, produced in December/20, fermented in barrels with our microflora and refermented in the bottle, it brings unique characteristics of our terroir
