Beer description
In 1915, we put down our roots in this land. After exactly one hundred years, ZalaZ was born, and is now completing its first seven-year term. We selected this beer to represent a bit of this first cycle. It was chilled and opened in our “coolship”, then transferred to barrels for fermentation and then refermented in the bottle. All of this with native microorganisms, collected from our environment.
