ZalaZ - Sassafras and Coffee

The farm delights us with its variety of aromas and flavors. In this version of our Baltic Porter, we cold-aged it for a long time and added sassafras chips, a noble wood that gives spicy notes and adds a layer of complexity to the beer. Liga Natural coffee helped with the toffee and caramel notes, complementing the aromas and flavors of the dark malts.
