ZalaZ - Morning Widow

The fall and winter seasons are busy on the farm. With the beginning of the coffee harvest, the day on the farm starts earlier. The first coffee of the harvest deserved to be celebrated with lots of beer! That's why we decided to make a Coffee Black IPA, combining two passions, hops and coffee. We named this recipe from the Potira line, our line of IPAs that always praise flowers, after Viúva da Manhã, a rare and dark flower. This is how we toast the arrival of the year's coffee harvest! Cheers, good coffee and good beers!
