The expression 'em breve' awakens a positive feeling with something that (still) doesn't exist. Something that will happen, but hasn't happened yet. That promises to be good, but isn't yet. Because when it does, it won't be soon. It will be now. 'Em breve', like longing, is only good when it has an end date. This beer is good, but it will be - even better - when opened and tasted. Em Breve is a Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale that delivers a subtle acidity, with rustic notes of citrus fruits, stone fruits and a touch of hope.
