ZalaZ - Amantik Coffee

During this year’s coffee harvest (2019), we tried some new fermentation methods. One of them resulted in a unique “mature coffee wine”, which we decided to mix with a wild fermentation beer. And to complement this experience, we infused roasted coffee that had been fermented in wooden barrels.
